Shipping Rates
Flat rate ground shipping on all orders to the contiguous US. Hawaii and Alaska orders have an additional $25 flat rate fee. Most orders to Canada ship at a flat rate of $49.95.
Carriers & Transit
We ship via UPS and FedEx. Standard ground typically takes 3 - 4 days depending on your distance from our print facility. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout.
Total Delivery Time
From the moment you place your order to the moment they arrive is typically 7–10 days for standard ground shipping. Rush processing plus expedited shipping can get orders delivered in as little as 2 days. Please contact us for rush options.
Returns & Replacements
Final Sale & Customization Policy
Every order is custom-made to your specific color and text selections. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for different colors or styles.
Errors & Issues: If we make a mistake (spelling differs from your submission or wrong items sent), we will rush a replacement at no cost to you. If you discover an error after your napkins have arrived, please contact us immediately. While all sales are final, we value our customers and will work with you to find a solution to ensure you have beautiful napkins for your event.
Note on Color Representation: Please be aware that screen settings vary and digital swatches may differ slightly from physical foil and paper. We use industry-standard materials, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to your screen. We do not offer returns or free replacements for color preference.
