Discover a mistake after your order arrives? Contact us immediately. While most sales are final, we will do our best to help you get corrected napkins on time at a reduced cost.
For stocked, non-personalized items, you have 60 days to return your items. No restocking fee, extra charges or hassles. Please note: Items must be in unused condition for returns.
Every personalized order is custom-made to your specific color and text selections. Because of the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final once an order is placed and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
Screen settings vary and digital swatches may differ slightly from physical foil and paper colors. We use industry-standard materials but cannot guarantee an exact screen match. Returns are not available for color variation.
Please double-check your spelling, dates, and color choices before ordering. Your napkins will be printed exactly as submitted.
