Non-Personalized Items
For stocked, non-personalized items, you have 60 days to return your items. No restocking fee, extra charges or hassles. Please note: Items must be in unused condition for returns.
Final Sale & Customization Policy
Every order is custom-made to your specific color and text selections. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final on personalized items. Once a personalized order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for different colors or styles.
Errors & Issues: If we make a mistake (spelling differs from your submission or wrong items sent), we will rush a replacement at no cost to you. If you discover an error after your napkins have arrived, please contact us immediately. While all sales are final for custom items, we value our customers and will work with you to find a solution to ensure you have beautiful napkins for your event.
Note on Color Representation: Please be aware that screen settings vary and digital swatches may differ slightly from physical foil and paper. We use industry-standard materials, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to your screen. We do not offer returns or free replacements for color preference.
